The owner is a douche bag who doesn't care for his customers. He brags about being the owner and does not stand behind his products. I bought 10 pieces of the jungle animals and only 7 came in the bag. I went to ask for either a partial refund or for the missing pieces and he called me a liar. There are many competitors around much nicer and better priced. I will not bring my business to this tool ever again. Lesson learned, don't trust ghetto party supplies, always count the product and make sure they are in good condition...
