I had visited three different Home Depot stores to find a particular ceramic pot, and while the website indicated each had the pot I wanted in stock, I couldn't ever find them, and the workers at those stores couldn't either. When I came to San Pedro, I was in the garden dept, disappointed again that I still couldn't find my pot in this store, which should have had 20 in stock. Mario was freshly off clock and still had his apron on, noticed I was frustrated and offered to help. He found the whole pallet of pots high up in the outdoor garden and promised he'd have one pulled for me at the service desk the next day, then thanked me for my business and was SO kind; it turns out he manages this location. Next day I called ahead, spoke with Amanda, and she assured me there would be one at the service desk within the hour. Venessa went and pulled my item, making my final store visit in search of this elusive pot a 5 minute transaction; other workers asked me every few steps if they could help carry it out for me and basically everyone I interacted with was beyond kind. The pot is perfect! And it's so pretty and well made that my mom in Florida wants a few now, too :)

Untruthful and poor customer service. i paid for a dishwasher, hose, and installation. the installation and hose were charged separately. got an error code and find that the installer improperly installed the drain hose. after multiple days and hours of run the around between the customer service hotline and the actual store, and being hung up mid transfer, i still have a unusable dishwasher. they dont own up to their mistakes and resolve nothing. i recommend to install all appliances yourself, not pay to get it installed, dont get the extended warranty as their customer service policy is to give you the run around and not honor anything hoping the customer will get tired and give up. very disappointed and frustrated and still trying to get my dishwasher working

2 years after using the Home Depot services to remodel their kitchen my grandparents finally were able to get a stove in place. Horrible workmanship was done on the granite countertop not being flush with the wall which took multiple tries to fix and the oven being too small so they filled it with an ugly partial board. They really took advantage of my blind grandmother and after multiple calls finally had to give up and working on a way to fix it myself. Would not recommend just go find a solid contractor through neighborhood app recommendations.

If there is 0 star . I would give it to them . Terrible and lazy workers. The manager is ridiculous. Not one sorry word from him. I came in to pick up an online order. The female at customer service just looked at me and said "I will be right with you" then she continued staring at the monitor. 5 minutes passed , she did not even bother to look at me until a male worker(I found out later he is the store manager) came to help me.

They were not busy . They just walked around in the customer service area. After processed my order and he told me He can't give me the receipt because the printer is broken and told me I can come to any cashier to pick up my receipt. I was OK with but when I came to cashier and told the cashier lady that I was told to pick up my receipt here . She told me she can't and told me to go back customer service. Then I had enough not their lazy attitude and asked to speak to the store manger . Then the same man who helped me earlier came and said he is the store manager(I was there yesterday around 730pm.

All of what they put me through . Not even one sorry word from the manager .I hate to go to that store but the item that I need is only available at that store . I always...

I was at San Pedro store at pro desk purchased EVERYTHING and was promised it would be delivered in 2 days: well ONLY half of it showed up yet I still get charged the $150 delivery fee, and now I can not do the job on time and I live in Catalina island so I can not just run to the store. (INCONVENIENCED)! Also a brand new Credit card ONLY used at that store was used fraudulently the next day ( over a $1000). So I called the Home Depot store ask for the manager and he notified me I am not the first person to call about the PRO desk checkout with credit card issues, I was told loss prevention would call me and never did, I was asked if I would press charges, and no one EVER called, , so I called 5 days later to find that manager is not even there any longer.the manager Robert apparently blew it off because now speaking to the other manager Carly she knows nothing about it. Neither does anybody else in the meantime I’ve had to cancel that credit card and wait for a new one to arrive Guys bottom line is if you go into that San Pedro Home Depot pay cash Your credit card information especially the pro desk Will have...
