I rarely write reviews — only when an experience is either absolutely terrible (to warn people) or so outstanding that everyone should know about it. My time is incredibly limited, so the fact that I’m taking the time to write this should tell you how strongly I feel: don’t waste your time going anywhere else — this is THE place to bring your business.
I recently purchased a home theater system (in-ceiling speakers, center channel, amps/receivers, and subs) for a friend who had never had one before. The experience was so exceptional that I immediately went back and had Ben help me with a bedroom setup too.

Read moreVery poor service. Not the people, the woman I spoke to was polite and attempted to help. I ordered a $25 part and paid an additional $30 for two day shipping. I checked the tracking they day after I placed the order and the estimated delivery was 6 days later. I called to figure out what happened and they apologized and agreed to overnight the part and send me the new tracking info. I received an email the next day, the day the part was supposed to arrive, and it had the old tracking number. So I called back. Same nice girl stated that I wouldn’t be getting the part until the next day, so not overnight, because wire zone missed the Fed overnight drop off. She offed to refund half the shipping cost, I said I would appreciate the full cost. She checked with the owner and they decided to only offer me 1/3. He or she must be a piece of work. This wasn’t a shipping company mix up, Wire Zone messed up TWICE! Still don’t have the part or the tracking number but they were very prominent in issuing my refund. Read moreThey shipped the soundbar fast and provided a working tracking number. They used the bar's box as shipping box, no external protection was added. That resulted in small damage to the box. But the contents arrived in perfect shape. As far as the soundbar is concerned: a) all the cables you can imagine are in the box, b) two wall mounting brackets and an actual-size paper template are in the box, c) detailed instructions and other paperwork are in the box, d) the remote control feels nice in the hand but you may have to change the CR2025 battery as I did, e) the bar itself feels solid and it is well made, and f) you may or may not be happy with 15 W per channel and a 30 W woofer. I am happy with the product and its performance.
Update: I placed a 2nd order a few days later. I liked the looks and performance of the sound bar and wanted one more. They shipped fast again. The box arrived without damage this time. I did not check the battery of the remote as before, it did not matter. For the price I paid and the service I received I have nothing to...
