In all actually if I could rate this company as terrible I would. They have no sense of customer service or respect for anyone or anything. I called to correct a problem and they sent a representative to my house. Once he arrived and entered my property I warned him that i have dogs but they do not bite. As we were walking down the hallway he Kicked my little 5lb dog that barked at him. This dog has no teeth. My wife then asked him not to kick the dog. He began to disrespect her and give attitude. He continued to disrespect her as He walked into the bedroom. Thats when I asked him to leave my house. Not once did he appologize to me or my wife for his rude and disrespectful behavior. I then called the store to speak with the manager about her employee. She said, " I have no control over how they act." All she kept saying was that it was my fault that the dogs were not locked up. Not once did she say that is not how we operate or conduct business and it would be handled. All she told me was that she would have a talk with him. She never even appologized. I have purchased many furniture items from this store throughout my life, but i will never make another purchase and i will strongly discourage friends/family from giving them business, as well. One year ago i purchased an over priced bed with trundle for my daughter. Upon delivery, the trundle was missing 2/4 wheels. The delivery driver noted on my invoice that these parts will be delivered at a later time. I’ve since made multiple calls to the store requesting an update/ETA on missing items and each time i am directed to the store manager, a woman named marilyn who assures me each time that these parts will be delivered as soon as they are no longer on “back order.” These are items that can be purchased from any online supplier with next day delivery. Couldn't tell you bout the quality about the product. But I can say I deliver mattresses to them. I will say they used to be one of my favorite places to go until they would not wait an extra 15 minutes to unload especially after I told him I had an issue and needed to go they said everybody has personal problems. Being a truck driver away from home there is nothing worse so instead of making it home at a reasonable early time I had to wait 15 hours to get unloaded which part me getting home late in the evening considering its 480 miles to the yard. So I got to trade 15 min for 15 hours cause they wouldn't wait. So I would have to say this is now my rudest delivery and never will recommend their...
