Subway — Restaurant in Los Lunas

We came into have lunch with my boys, they received gift cards and wanted to use them. The girl was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! The moment we walked in. When we ordered and went to pay it said the gift cards were not valid. I called to check the balance and the cards had money. I asked her to check on her side, she scanned it and said "nope" and handed it back. No explanation no apology no nothing. We ended up leaving. She has horrible customer service and a terrible attitude. And she was dressed like she just rolled out of bed. I have never been treated so badly there!!! And needless to say we will...

I had my wife go to this Subway around 7:00 pm. Tonight 3-6-2024. She purchased two foot long subs varrius ingredients a foot long chocolate chip cookie and a churros, when we all started to eat everything tasted wierd. I think it was oven cleaner or had gas fumes etc. I couldn't tell you but I quit eating after one bite of each item. Good thing too because everyone else became very sick.. I will never go back.. Just be careful, I have been there several times and this was my only experience like this..SUBWAY FRE SH MORE like SUBWAY...

Placed an online order. Went in got my order. My cup was accidentally given to me as a different size but they quickly replaced it after checking my receipt. I go to fill up my drink I fill my cup with ice and lemonade and as my cup is filling I see bugs floating on the top. I was shook I didn’t tell them anything because honestly what were they going to do? I stand there for a minute looking around and that place is a mess.
