Took my laptop in, They said that they were going to take the screen off and let me know how much the parts weāre gonna cost. Called four days later, They still have not touched my laptop. The person that was working on it called out sick. I told them that I wanted to go and pick it up. The guy on the phone said that he would have someone call me back never called me back., Next day passed the weekend came no call Wednesday next week called again Asked if I can get my laptop took about five minutes to understand what was going on, Then he asked if the owner talked to me and approved replacement on the screen, I said no because nobody had ever called to give me an update Anything about my laptop? I had to call them multiple times and it didnāt sound like they knew anything about anything, I finally just went and picked up my laptop. They didnāt even have all of the pieces of My laptop together with the cord and the mouse, Going in everything looks haphazard, Guys donāt look like they know whatās going on, Very poor communication, Maybe I caught them on a bad Day, But they had to have known not having any communication with me and me having picked it up without any repair being done, but it was an issue, I hope this Google review shows people what to expect if they try to get services from these people. Thieves,I went inside to speak to them about exchanging or selling a pair of tablets;both were brand new and barely touched. First thing this "employee" says is that he can recycle them for me. After this he checks the specs and looks them over,plugs the information into their system and his light up. He continues to try telling me that these will not sell and that he will dispose of them(for more money than I paid for the items originally) and the other "workers" just sat there like he wasn't lying to my face. Scammers is too good a word for these people. I have spoken to family friends and people at my job who have stated they will not acknowledge most reasonable offers to buy or sell anything. My uncle went there not long ago to try getting his laptop fixed and they acted like they didn't want him there but once he showed them the damaged item they made it sound like they couldn't repair it and it was obvious they didn't want to help him. Would not look at his laptop even after he explained the issues over and over(we took this laptop down the road and got it fixed FOR FREE with polite and speedy service the other store even offered a protection plan for no charge and found him a case for a dollar).

Upon arrival, the part described was not there, only a larger, more expensive part... Due to it being an emergent job, we begrudgingly agreed to purchase the part but, due to your servers being down, we were unable to use the credit card reader and were told we had to pay cash. We did not have the cash to purchase the product (that we didnt want in the first place) and we had to drive into ABQ to aquire the part we needed. The guy said he would drop the price and asked how much cash we had... It all seemed very suspect and just opted to not purchase the product and go...
