I love this Farmers Market! Being new to the area I applied to be a vendor for the season having NO idea that this was their first year hosting markets. Sadie presents herself and the business so well and professionally that I had thought this had been going on for years, everything was so organized and clear. Great communication and always SO helpful for anything you may need as a vendor. She always goes out of her way to go above and beyond for every single person. I see her vision for these markets and I hope it flourishes and really takes off. There is always a good variety of vendors to choose from.

I have sold pottery here for 3 separate weekends and Sadie is so wonderful and welcoming, the location is so cute and well-kept! The Train Depot building houses the cutest museum showcasing the station's history. The only thing I think we need is more understanding that a new market will have its ups and downs, the owner has handled everything thrown at her (mostly bad weather) with grace and poise. Im definitely looking forward to fall markets!

I had my graduation party here over the weekend and it was pretty great! We came early to set up and the place was perfect. There was just enough space for all of us to fit and enjoy ourselves as well as enjoy the occasional train passing! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a moderate or small party, or just to meet up and learn a little about this area's train station. We had a great time!

Thank You for creating this beautiful community space! The history is community minded as well. The Buechel train stop originally did not have a depot for people to wait for the train. The passenger train was very popular until cars took over. It was after a horrendous accident when a girl, waiting to meet friends coming in on the train, stood too close to the tracks, & was killed. The Scoggins family who raised horses in the area & lived at 2227 Bashford Manor Lane took action to build the depot to create a safe space for people to use the train here. (Info based on Courier Journal)

Now the new owners have put love, $$$, and persistence into restoring & reinventing this historic landmark into a creative venue for happy times!! The community appreciates your hard work &...

What a wonderful new market! The Buechel Train Depot is such a gem. The fact that the owner, Sadie, has created a rotating schedule of farmers markets and fashion markets throughout the season is so impressive—and it keeps things fresh and exciting. You never know what you're going to find, and that's part of the fun - there's always something new to discover!!

The vibe is welcoming, the vendors are incredibly passionate, and the setting has so much charm. It’s clear that a lot of heart and thought has gone into making this a vibrant, community-focused space.

Highly recommend checking it out (and get there early before Gaslight Urban Harvest sells...

Train Depot has undergone an impressive transformation and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite community spots. The renovations have preserved the historic charm of the original train depot while introducing modern touches that make the space feel fresh and inviting.

Probably the best new addition is the market, held regularly and offering fresh, local produce, handmade goods, and a relaxed, family-friendly vibe. Sadie has done an amazing job getting this new market up and running.

It’s exciting to see how much care and community focus has gone into revitalizing this space. Looking forward to seeing how it...
