Floyd is one of the best people you will ever find. Broke down outside of town and called the store to see about a part delivery. He showed up and would not leave me and my family. He stayed for over 3 hours on the side of the road until the tow truck showed up and then drove us 3o miles to a hotel by the dealership. He wouldn't take any money for gas or his help.
