Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Louisville

For a "louisiana kitchen" there are few good menu options. Seafood selection is piss poor, chicken selection is average. In terms of food quality, its edible. The service is awful. The cashiers are too busy flirting and talking with everyone to hear you order your food and then they ask you 2 more times what you ordered because they didnt hear you because of said flirting and talking. They also seem to just give you whatever they want because i ordered CAJUN fries and got plain, PLAIN shrimp and got spicy hot, and a large drink and got a small. Prices are too high for the serving size given. I paid 7 dollars for 6 pieces of shrimp about 12 fries and a biscuit. Thats not much food considering the size of the shrimp. Overall i will not be returning anymore because the food is not worth the price nor the hassle. I also will be contacting corporate management about this considering there is no store manager to talk...

Last night was the last time I'm stopping at this horrible excuse for a fast food joint. The latest screw up.... (I've already given up on their tasteless chicken).... I ordered popcorn shrimp with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. After paying and being told to drive around to wait, and then waiting for ten minutes, someone finally came out to inform me they were out of mac and cheese. OK fine, I'll take fries instead. Another five minutes go by and a bag with a box finally appears. The box contained the tiniest little crumbles of breading (never did find any evidence of shrimp), a cold container of mashed potatoes and a lumpy pile of soggy fries. Gee, shoulda went with the rice and beans I guess. Do yourself a favor, keep driving right on by this joke. There's a KFC...

Horrible to say the least! Popeyes corporate office should be ashamed! This Popeyes gives Popeyes a bad name! Workers were VERY rude and VERY slow long line just keep laughing and talking with eathother! Counldnt even understand what lady at cashier desk was saying and I'm from the south! After waiting over 20 minutes for food I asked lady where our food was, because the guy after us got their meal and we were still waiting she gave me a cocky attitude and said something under breath and co workers laughed come to find out was waiting on CHICKEN TENDERS at 6:00 on a FRiday should be more prepared!!!
