Prima Coffee Equipment — Local services in Louisville

What used to be a great coffee equipment retailer, Prima Coffee has gotten too big for their britches. I have ordered my filters from this company for years and it was a shop you could call and always get a customer service rep on the line. It is obvious they have now outsourced their customer service like everyone else and it truly sucks! I called before placing my last order because I was moving and was concerned about getting my order before my USPS Change Of Address went into effect. The person on the other line said if I got my order in today they would ship it that same day. They did not. In fact it didn’t ship until 3 full days later and it collided with my Change Of Address and never arrived. So after many emails, Phone messages asking for a refund with no results I have given up. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF POOR...

Fantastic customer service! I ordered an espresso machine and it was shipped out the next day! After it arrived from UPS I noticed there was damage on the unit so I called them and because I live locally they allowed me to stop by their headquarters and exchanged the unit for a new one!
