Here at my property I use Chadwell Supply more than I use HD Supply. the reason for that is because it is hard for me to get a copy of the invoice after I place a order. If HD Supply Billtrust system worked properly, then I would order more from this company. Access to invoices is vital to running my property. When I need invoice I need them, I dont like calling the 1-800 number because I usually have to wait 20 minutes before I can get someone on the phone. Then I have to wait for the fax or email to come though. Usually I have to call back to get them to send it again. Its takes about an hour to get one invoice. I have tired to setup online access to get invoice and for some reason it never works. I have to reset the password, or its not connecting to my email so on and so on. Shame because there are many things I would like to purchase from HD Supply but it just ends up being a...
