Shady Buisness practices !!!Had a laptop the disc drive (would not read ) 6 months ago ! Never had a chance to use disc drive !! Last Saturday I tried to use the same problem not reading !!!! Go to them Saturday he tries says you are right not working ! Come back Monday !!!!! I come back Monday leave it give my phone number left with them ! Tues comes I go they say (Mike) the lens is not working I will order !! I say okay he call me when it comes in and fixed ! It took till Friday to get part then they want too charge me $50 to replace the first one they sold 6 months defective ! So they wanted to double charge me for disc drive ... what happen to the warranty on your services ??? So you want to scam me every six months !!!! You enjoy miss leading people !!! ??scamming ??? Not the way to do business !!! The girl and his wife today say $50 we fix !!!!! I say not paying twice !!!! They put my laptop on counter say go !!!! Shady business practices ! They do not stand behind there own work !!!!!! Beware of them on poplar Level !! Had my laptop a week order a part never call me to say they were going to charge me $50 again !!! Till I showed up today Friday !! They never touched my laptop or try to fix ........Spread the word shady...

Cell phone went black and wouldn’t charge or see anything. Replaced screen and it still wasn’t working and so I took it to Batteries Plus to replace the battery … $75 later that phone wouldn’t charge or work right . So I took it to Quick Tech LLC per a recommendation. It was my first time. While they took a couple days they didn’t give up and found the issue. My phone would finally charge !! Then when I got home the phone kept going to apple screen so I took it back and couple days later after trying everything they decided to replace the new battery I just bought at Batteries plus. They had tested it before and it appeared to be a good battery but turns out it was a rayvonic aftermarket battery. Once they put the correct apple battery in there my phone worked like Magic And because of all my wait time and 2nd trip they only charged me $50 for the new battery instead of $80. Took my other battery back to Batteries plus and got my refund !! Thank you Quick tech for being so knowledgeable and not...

I actually was referred to him. I wish I wasn't. I paid over a 100 dollars for him to break my phone worst then it was when I bought it in. Then he blamed it on me dropping it. So when you bring your phone he doesn't run a diagnostic check initially just to see what's wrong with your phone. You bring phone in it's not cutting on so he get it on and think of i fixed it bc its coming on. No. My phone wasn't having the issues it's having now until I bought it here. Never had an issue from guy downtown that fixed my phone. I'm thinking new area I can find somebody close so I asked around. I should've went back to guy downtown bc I can't use my phone after bringing it here. No mention of making it right whatsoever when I know for a fact he messed my phone up!!! I wouldn't recommend this...
