Used to love Dandelion, but I will NEVER spend another dollar in their establishment again. I bought a $58 anklet back in November, and it broke in December. They charged me $5 to fix it. I did not get it back until February, and IT SNAPPED AGAIN. They offered to fix it once again, and when I put in on in March it snapped in the SAME spot the same day. Extremely disappointing, so my mom went back to see if they would do anything about it. The supposed manager told my mom they will not fix it again, and if she was there when I bought it she would have "advised me against it". WHY ARE YOU SELLING A PRODUCT YOU DO NOT EVEN RECOMMEND?? They were unwilling to give a refund or provide an exchange. So all I have for $58 is maybe a month collectively of use. What a waste of my time and money. They should really learn what good...
