I have only encountered the blonde middle aged woman/manager twice while visiting this location to make returns from online orders about a year apart, and both times she was rude and caused a problem. Both times she immediately falsely claimed I was outside of the return window and could only be issued merchandise credit.
Be aware that the corporate website states that the return policy for an online order is within 21 days of the order delivery date. The order slip only shows the order date and she didn’t even ask when it was delivered, so she had no idea when the return window actually was when she said this.
The first time I eventually got her to refund the amount back to my credit card after a lot of back and forth. Today though, after I stated the policy to her, she claimed the policy changed and still insisted I was outside of the return window and refused to refund to my payment method. I took my return to the Willow Grove location instead right after this, and shocker, had zero issues making the return. The worker there also confirmed there had not been any changes to the policy.
You can’t just make up your own policies and lie to customers and force them to go elsewhere to try to avoid issuing refunds. I’m not surprised to see so many other reviews warning people about this woman, she’s beyond...

One of the hangers was broken on an item, so I stood there for quite a few minutes trying to get the workers attention and no one paid me any mind. Instead of sitting there and waiting or letting it drop on the floor, I attempted to drape it over the rack and it kept falling. Finally I put it on the top shelf out of the way, and then finally a worker approached me with the nastiest attitude saying “instead of messing the store up you could just give it to me.” I told her the hanger was broken and I tried to get someone’s attention and she rolled her eyes and walked away. This is the second time I’ve stepped foot in here, no one greets me, the workers are rude and the place is messy. It costs nothing to be kind to customers, but instead I’m done trying to shop here and will be advising all of my friends and family to avoid this store...

However, when I reached the register, the system wasn’t reflecting the clearance prices. In most stores, managers would honor the advertised price, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. The manager not only refused to honor the clearance price but also displayed a very unprofessional attitude. She rolled her eyes and insisted the items were full price.
