Honestly it was a great dorm. It always depends on the room you choose as they’re not all equal, some have the bedrooms combined, some have them split. For example, room B106 had the bedroom split, their was one big bedroom and their was a smaller one ( Den ) but honestly it’s still great. Despite the size difference of the Den, it’s much nicer to have your own personal space than sharing a room. Especially coming out from McShain, Villager, etc… If you can, I’d 100% recommend touring Merion, and see the rooms in person or even ask sophomores that live their to see what room configuration they have. ( I’ve also posted photos of the configuration ) Room B106 is definitely a great place to live. There is also the SJU bus that takes your straight onto campus, usually it’s every 15Minutes but later in the day it’ll become 30 Minutes a day. They’re very reliable, and so if you want to have a double, Merion is a great option. Alternatively it’s a 10Minute walk to Merion Hall or McShain, and a 15-20 minute walk to Mandeville, ( cutting thru campus )
