Goodwill Store - 34th Street — Local services in Lubbock

I have always loved to shop at goodwill on 34th st. There was a young lady by the name Vannessa She was always very friendly and helpful. Well when i returned i found out that she was not there thinking that the other ladys would give me the same curtsy, but i was wrong! i was not greeted when i walked in, and the store was a mess, i asked for assistance in finding what i was looking for and the manager which i asked her name lourna was very rude, and looked disturbed that i was asking for help. Wanted to share a change in policy at this Goodwill. Items that are a set are no longer sold that way. The set is split up and each part is paid for separately. If you are budget shopper this is going to add to your cost. Toddler outfits will cost over $5 each now, while adult outfits are at least $10 including tax. Quality clothing for children at Once Upon a Child is the same amount, other thrift shops are not doing this. I would avoid this particular Goodwill and shop elsewhere for better stuff at...

The return policy in these locations are terrible. They give you a receipt with store credit and give you a certain amount of time to use it.
