Do not go here. There were people fighting in the lobby and yelling slurs at each other that was being ignored even though it put everyone in there in danger. They forgot my drink, and my wife was scared and wanted to leave so we cut the loss on that. The chicken in one of the sandwiches wasn’t cooked, still frigid cold so you could tell it was just thawed, I hope I don’t get sick from the bite I had to find that out. I asked for everything to have extra lettuce on it.. and there was practically none, like a pinch of lettuce, and everything just drowned in sauce that made the bread fall apart sopping. Everything just seemed like so much less than any subway I’ve been too, like they are trying to stretch their ingredients and get away with it. We weren’t going back to get a new order after the absolute mess the place was and not risking getting hurt.
This was a mobile order getting picked up, of which their app was off on timing and services available too which didn’t really help. They don’t even have an option to report about your order on the app so there’s no way I’m getting refunded. Save your money or go to a...

He pretty much screamed at me the whole entire time I was trying to place my order even after I told him to give me a sec while I looked at the menu, which there was no body in front or behind us in line, it was just me. Once I pull up to the window to get my order this guy kept screaming at me, once I started placing my order (I was still being polite and nice) he was still being disgustingly rude, making me feel stupid, still with a horrible attitude. Like I'm sorry if you don't want to be there or work. Like I get it but don't take it out on customers, SPECIALLY when the customer has not been rude not one single to you, which I could have but I didn't. I ended up leaving in the middle of placing my order because he was being so rude I was afraid to lose my cool. Read moreI was in the process of ordering a new item that I've never tried before and employee sounded and made it very clear she was annoyed by my questions on what was included and what my options were (which any employee should be able to answer), she then switched with another employee mid-order and the next woman came speaking to me more abruptly and was just having a very RUDE attitude. I decided to just leave because it really upset me and wasted my limited lunch time, You will definitely send new customers away with such hostility specially when I was the only car in line. It was a horrible experience and I will never return. Management must teach their employees better customer service and mannerisms because not everyone will be a regular client ready to order.
