First off support local! Secondly, I cannot begin to explain to you the level of customer service until you experience it yourself! Fams, Angela, Joe, the girls (💜) and the rest of his behind the scenes crew are truly Amazing! They all had their piece in assisting me with 2 very large orders for work apparel, from the warm friendly welcome and chit chat with the girls, to helping me select logo placement and sizing, ordering the apparel (quantity, sizing, colors), the text messages/phone calls keeping me up to date with my order, or if there may have been a question with the order along the way, or simply when ready for pick up with available times/days to do so.

In addition to this already Amazing customer service, I was in a jam and needed a few extra shirts printed up STAT! I reached out to Fams explained my situation, and he told me “Not to worry, and he was there to help.” I dropped off the shirts, discussed details with order and the very next day he had them ready for me! Although the level of customer service doesn’t end there, I wasn’t available to pick up the shirts before the store closed on Saturday due to other commitments, and Fams said “that’s okay” and he offered to swing the order to my house, as long as I was comfortable with that (which I totally was)! I was so pleased with my overall experience and order, and even more so I had a happy employee. 😃Seriously where are you going to find Outstanding customer service like that?!

Have been caught up with the holiday schedule and haven’t had the opportunity to write a review. From the inquiry to the ordering process to the actual making of the t shirts, everything was spectacular. The gentleman who helped me from the beginning of the inquiry to the ordering process was super kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I forgot his name but he was very pleasant to work with and made my experience just that good! I had an order of over 20 thanksgiving t shirts and they delivered. I just recently had some custom gear printed for my new dumpster rental business done at FT Custom printing and embroidering. Not only did they do a great job, they called me several times sending me the logo and showing me what they had ready to print to make sure it was to my liking and to get my approval before they did the work.For me that says it all, professional, done in a timely fashion and tweaked to my personal preference.
