Firstly, we have total trust in his honesty and feel 100% confident to leave any piece of jewelry in John's care to be fixed. John does what he says he is going to do and his costs are reasonable and fair. He has been working with people's fine jewelry for years and knows what he is doing. So happy with the repair of engagement ring! When my husband proposed to me he did so with his grandmother's ring it was beautiful but a bit thin on the bottom so I brought it John's he put a new bottom shank. We planned our wedding and some how we forgot about the rings honestly how we did that I just don't know.
