Page Valley Fairgrounds — Local services in Luray

I had a wonderful time at the Page Valley Fairgrounds for the celebration of the 25th anniversary of Cooter's Place on Saturday July 20, 2024. I really enjoyed all the musical performances at the concert and the cast members all singing at the end meant so much to me. The mountains are so beautiful in the background. The car/truck show was really great. All the staff and local vendors were wonderful. It was such a happy time. This is why I continue to keep coming back to Luray, VA. First and foremost they charge you$10.00 to get in the gate. Then you have to pay $20.00 for a wristband for the rides, I'm thinking 7 ride's, plus a half dozen kiddie rides. I don't think it's worth it. Yeah with a wristband you can ride as many times as you want, but it gets old fast. Personally I think the county can do much better for the people of this county. But anyone that knows Page County, any way they can suck a dollar out of you, they will. There are multiple fair's around other counties, that you'll get much more...
