Decent selection of stores. Not a cool management company. The first time I was there, two men in management company uniforms were having a very, very loud discussion about the store managers having their wares/sale items outside of their doors on the sidewalk. The hardware store, the dollar general, etc, etc. The loudest of the two started grabbing the items on the sidewalk and chucking them inside the stores while screaming "no sidewalk sales today!!! Get this stuff off my sidewalk please!! Thank you!! The memo was very clear!! Thank you!!" It was SO loud and snarky that it triggered my ptsd. I had to leave, very, quickly, before my shopping was done. Why anyone thinks that they're so important that they are okay to talk to people in this fashion, completely amazes me. Our family has lived in Lutz for nearly sixty years. We have shopped at Winn Dixie for all that time. Still miss Mr. Holland and the produce manager. We use the postoffice dayly.The Chinese Restaurant has also been here for almost fifty years, just changing owners.We have watched Their children grow from babies to young people getting ready for college. We love all the shops and we feel lucky to have such variety so close by!...

I like this little shopping area. The strip mall offers a Winn-Dixie, Beef O'Brady's, Ace Hardware (employees know their stuff and are extremely helpful), large pet store, Dollar General, US Post Office, Babcock Furniture and s few other businesses. The parking gets a little full from time-to-time but there's never a time where the walk is too far. Very accessable...
