I placed an order for a box of cards online. After a week I had received no update or shipping notification. I sent a message through the website and got no response. I tried calling and got sent to voicemail and never got a return call. I finally replied to my order email and they told me my purchase was flagged as fraud. They canceled the order but didn’t refund it. They said they had to “call in” to find out why I didn’t get a refund. I requested that they do that and haven’t heard back yet. I ended up disputing the transaction with my bank instead. I really just wanted the cards but that wasn’t presented as an option throughout the whole saga.
