After an incredibly unfortunate beverage spill on my laptop's keyboard and trackpad on a Friday evening, I called Mike almost immediately.

He calmly walked me through the available options I had and the potential consequences of doing one or the other. Though being past his closing closing hours on a weekend, he graciously allowed me to drop off my laptop. (Pro tip: if you happen to have fluid damage, do not wait for the liquid to dry before you take action, as you chance the risk of extensive corrosion.)

With consistent communication on Mike's part regarding the status of the damages and repairs to my laptop, I felt secure it was in good hands. Mike knowledgeably used industry-leading techniques (ultrasonic cleaning, uber-concentrated alcohol, etc.) to clean the sugary drink off the inner workings of my computer and left it looking spotless (but most importantly, dry!). After only two days, Mike had my laptop reassembled and even delivered me the finished product.

Mike provided me a detailed invoice, offered me a very fair price, thoroughly walked me through the processes he took, gave me an incredible warranty, and even bubble-wrapped my laptop to protect it from further harm. Thanks to Mike, I did not have to spend thousands on a new laptop and all of my (non-backed up, might I add) data was retained.

Recently my MacBook pro had a mental breakdown resulting in a broken screen due to unknown and mysterious circumstances. Anyway I started looking around on possible places to have the screen replaced as the crack ran along the entire top and down one side of the screen leaving me concerned that if pieces of the glass were to fall out (a very real possibility) it could significantly damage the computer. Anyone who owns a Mac knows they're too expensive to take that risk. I called Mike who was very understanding and talked with me about the possible actions and the type of expenses often associated with Mac repairs and called me back less than 20 minutes later with a solid estimate which spoiler alert was the price I actually ended up paying. He meets with his clients and is willing to work with their school/work/life schedules and craziness in order to determine the possible causes and solutions for the problem. As far as his service goes, it is excellent. He showed me the correct part to order from a reputable seller online which I then ordered and paid for at cost, so there's no risk of markup, then upon receiving the part I phoned Mike and set up a time to bring him the part and computer the next day. After giving it to him he told me he would have it back to me as soon as possible and AN HOUR AN FIFTEEN MINUTES later I got a message from him saying it was done and everything was working as new. I highly recommend Mike when you're in need of a computer repair service. After spilling a sugary drink on my macbook and then having the keyboard act funny a few days later, we looked up repair services. He allowed us to drop it off on a Sunday and promised to let us know his findings the following day before proceeding forward.
