I delivered a load to this location on December 10, 2024, and asked Steven (Asian man) at the receiving office if I could use the restroom. He informed me that they do not allow truck drivers to use their restrooms. I was shocked, as there were no porta potties or alternative facilities available outside. When I asked where I was supposed to go, he responded, 'That's not my problem.' I found this response unprofessional and disappointing, especially given the long journey from California to New Jersey. Basic services like restroom access should be provided to truck drivers who ensure the delivery of goods across the country. There were no signs indicating this policy, and the lack of facilities is unacceptable. I want to warn other drivers to be prepared when coming to this location.
