Had a bad micron gauge. Had to buy another to do my day to day job. Contacted navac about this issue and they took a few days to get back to me. Understandable. I replied to their answer and now have gone radio silence for a week after asked "how I get a refund". This thing is less than a month old and this has been on going since about 15 days after purchase. Customer service isn't their top priority obviously. I was in Navac's corner but this might have be the turning point.

These gauges are SEXY! It is really nice to have the ability to get pressures on multiple gauges without having to use phone or app to access the information. There is a slight glare when working on rooftops or directly in the sun, but it's only an issue if you're trying to take photos (our company sends photos from jobs to customers); but only an issue with photos. It's crystal clear in real time! Love this tool, great addition!

The new Flex-x manifold large color screens for is really vibrant and has great viewing angle, used these all day today for 5 hours. They held up great and battery life was no issue. My only wish would be for the center port to have a valve as well , not a huge issue if you use hoses with ball valves but great manifold none the less.

Jeez. Google you guys should really do more for companies like this that have coincidental names. Google you get 1 star. How bout that? Well this Navac makes the best and smartest tools in the HVAC industry. I guess you guys don't need a 5-star rating like an HVAC install company. Pros in the business all know your product line. Nothing else touches Navac for speed and reliability. While I have your attention, Navac please build us a cordless tubing cutter for 1/4"-1" linesets. And Milwaukee, why oh why did you stop at 1/2"? What's so great...

BASIC SET OF GAUGES WITH PT CHARTS:

I would have personally liked them to have the ability for Bluetooth probes just because their digital and would be convenient for me, lol.

I think these are a great set for apprentices. It's a basic set of gauges with the pt charts for multiple refrigerant at the ready but still requires them to do the math for superheat and subcool, which I believe is important to fully understanding what those measurements are and how to use them for...
