Jason, the rep that helped me was absolutely fantastic. For some reason my phone just completely stopped working and he had zero idea why, as everything showed as okay in my account, he did however direct to the right person to speak with over the phone, and they found out that another employee of Metro (a supervisor from the rebate dept whom I got into a huge argument with over the phone) actually ended up blacklisting my phone out of spite, and luckily enough the technician I spoke with via the phone that Jason directed me to speak with, was able to not only fix the phone and take it off of the blacklisted list, but he was also able to actually see the supervisor's Employee ID number who pulled this whole little stunt, and he assured me that she would be properly and respectfully dealt with. Although I had the absolute worst experience with her, I eventually did find Metro employees who were willing and able to fix my original issue, as well as the whole blacklist issue also....so thank you to Jason and the technician....whatever your name was I wish I could remember....you two saved the day, and saved me my job...
Read more10\2\21: (5 star) called and apparently the issue was resolved but my phone was still locked. I went in and the representative was able to figure out, it was the device unlock app that had a malfunction. He was able to resolve the issue and my father now has a newer phone. 9\25\21: (2 star) If it wasn't for the customer service, this would have been a 1 star. I recently upgraded my smartphone. 4 months later, i was going to give my old phone, which has been permanently unlocked, to my father. But for some reason it it service locked and the mobile data is grayed out. Even better, since I don't have the warranty on the phone anymore, they can't do anything. If the phone is working in the next couple of days, I'll update you guys. I would give them a 5 star, but the company Metro by T-Mobile sent me a lemon when I had to send my phone for repair, it seems... I don't know if I would recommend the company... But the customer service...
Read moreI really love this corporate store over the one in Long Beach. I have been having a unique problem with my phone and Diana has been available every time to help me, even after the tech has gone home. There are some limitations to the store though that could be repaired. First, the thuggish guard dog that is at the door really tries to filter you away if it is after 7pm. I guess military protection is needed in this neighborhood. Which leads into the second problem. The programming and repair tech goes home at 7 but the store is open until 8. The store needs to hire and rotate service techs into store hours. That is why Diana has been so great.
