Tacos El Tapatio — Restaurant in Lynwood

Food was okay, but my reason for the two stars was the service.

Ordered food for pick up including Tacos, which I specifically requested Salsa and Veggies on the side for.

As I got home and was about to give my 3 year old a Taco, I realized all the tacos had salsa.

Completely understanding that it can be a mistake, I called to let them know what had happened so they can be more careful next time. The girl that picked up the phone was sooo rude and hung up the phone on me. I can absolute tell you that I was not rude when calling so I called back to ask why she had hung up, she told me that she had a customer waiting. Excuse me, I’m also a customer and believe I deserve respect.

I asked for her supervisor who was far more respectful and offered for me to go back and pick up new tacos. I didn’t take the offer because I was a bit off the way, but appreciated it anyway and just like I had told her, I just wanted them to be aware so they can be careful next time.

At the end, I had to settle for soggy tacos and on top of it, had to cook something for my daughter to have.

The people are very nice place was clean I got the food Togo !! Got home an had a taco just meat n tortilla for my spoiled dog she won’t even eat it !!! So I got a burrito it’s good size for the price looked good but took a bite n has NO NO NO FLAVOR AT ALL BASICALLY LIKE BOILED MEat !! An let me say dammmmm the burrito has a lot of chili in it n wow it’s spicy for sure I got my kids soaps n one ate only a couple bites the other one ate the whole thing but he said it’s was only because he was hungry hungry ! An lastly the horchata tasted just just like powder u buy at store an just mix it ! NOT BAD BUT FORSURE NOT GOOD ! Maybe I went on a wrong day I will give it one more try in the future just because I believe everybody should get another chance because honestly it’s just the food not have a flavor was the only bad thing. Been going here for years but this is the last time I go to El Tapatio service was good but the food horrible ordered caldo de res but to my surprise 2 pieces of meat a piece of corn and all rest water no kind of tasts and plus they want to charge you for condiments when ur supposed to get them with ur order what kind of restaurant is this sorry I'll just have to drive a couple of minutes more for some really good food not the trash ur serving u just lost a really good client and then u wonder why u...
