To the owner, every night I drive home from work and glance at the drive thru and inside I see a very long line and I thought it was due to the high demand and great service of this location. Now I know, that the long lines inside and drive through is due to the worst staffing I've seen at any Starbucks.

Service here is trash, it dissapoints me that this is my local Starbucks. I will just travel a little farther to get my family our drinks at another Starbucks a MLK blvd.

Customer service is horrible because it does not exist here. They just make whatever drinks they are making and place them on the counter without organizing it. Does not place the drinks in the cup holders, straws, or napkins. Nor do they care to alert the customer when the drinks are completed. Most of the orders were wrong, they either added or missed the whipped cream on the wrong drinks. This was specified in the app. Here is the worst part of it all, there was not many foot traffic inside of the store and they still managed to screw this up.

I have seen this happen for too long, just replace all of them. Forget about training.

The owner knows about these issues, but refuses to address it. Every friends and family I spoke too say they don't visit this Starbucks, and chooses the one...

FOR SOME REASON SOME STARBUCKS HAVE ISSUES WITH CHANGE. IT'S NOT LIKE THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMERS CAUSE FROM WHAT I SAW THERE WAS PLENTY BEFORE ME. ANYWAY, I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THE LYNWOOD LOCATION. ON 3/31/17 I CAME TO THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION TO BUY 7 DRINKS WHICH TOTALED ABOUT $40 ,I WAS PAYING WITH A $100 BILL AND THE RUDE CASHIER CLAIMED SHE HAD NO CHANGE AT ALL WHEN I HAD SEEN LIKE 8 CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF ME AND SHE'S TELLING ME SHE HAD NO CHANGE. SHE CLAIMED IF I WANTED SHE COULD GIVE ME $60 IN QUARTERS. WHAT THE HECK AM I GOING TO DO WITH THAT MANY QUARTERS?? I WAS LIKE "REALLY?? YOU HAVE NO CHANGE AT ALL?? SHE SAID NO" I KNOW FOR SURE ALL THE CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF ME DIDN'T PAY WITH THEIR DEBIT CARDS, SHE HAD TO HAVE SOME TYPE OF CHANGE. SHE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO ASK MANAGEMENT OR ANOTHER CASHIER IF THEY COULD GIVE HER CHANGE. I WORK IN A RETAILS COMPANY'S CASH OFFICE AND I KNOW FOR SURE SHE HAD TO HAVE CHANGE SOMEWHERE, BUT OF COURSE SHE WAS TOO LAZY TO BOTHER TO ASK. INSTEAD SHE LET ALL THOSE FRAPPS GO TO WASTE OR WHO KNOWS WHAT SHE DID TO THEM. I FOR SURE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. THEY SUCK!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!! SUCH A BIG CORPORATION AND YOU DON'T HAVE CHANGE FOR YOUR...

Their drive thru is very convenient but they takes forever for one cup of coffee, it is best to order ahead on the Starbucks app and pick up but still I have to wait for coffee. I have had missing items in my order that I have to ask for and then wait for them to make it. It is a very busy store, I rather not go to this location, But this is the closest location to the Fwy. I wish they can be more faster and more accurate about the items in your order. And a little more friendly. This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever experienced from all the locations I go to. I have been late to work because of their unorganized way of delivering orders to customer and same with the driver thru orders. I would I recommend you to check your order before you leave. My go to coffee is a pike place with sugar and h&h every other Starbucks cashier give me my coffee within 2 minutes or as soon as I’m done paying, this locations makes me wait for my order on the side when they can easily pour my coffee...

(09-27-25) I had a really bad experience while I was ordering through the drive-through they kept passing the headset through three Different people not only that while I was ordering everyone in the background was laughing just having Random conversations. I ordered my coffee with two extra pumps of vanilla, and someone in the background said “DAMMN 8”while the guy was taking my order he kept laughing, not only that there was something in the bottom of my drinks. I went back (09-28-25) to get a refund asked for a cup of water and they said no that they where t allowed to give water cups. It was a hot day and not only did I have to spend my gas, money, and time but still couldn’t get a cup of water NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS STARBUCKS. ITS DISGUSTING AND EVERYONE IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL HAVING THEIR OWN CONVERSATION AT ALL TIMES INSTEAD OF ATTENDING CUSTOMERS. -1000/10

Terrible experience!! I order on the drive thru it was 9 pm I approached to pay and I gave the Rude lady 100 dls bill, she tells me that’s they do not accept 100 dls bill , clarifying there’s no sign where it’s says no 100 dls bills ! She then tells me that she is going to see if there is change on the back . I waited around 3 minutes she comes back saying there is no change and closes the window in my face ! I waited there for a couple of minutes another rude lady comes and tells me ! We do hay accept 100 dollar bill we are closing already! (Minding at was 9 pm and on the app says they close at 11pm) both ladies had really bad attitude one of them close the window on my face and throw me the bill !! Never coming back to this place !!! Managers , supervisors , vicepresidente and president should chose really carful their employees!

Also just open my cake pop and she smashed it ! It’s really disrespectful what she did . I will post this so you could see what she gave me .

Terrible experience!! I order on the drive thru it was 9 pm I approached to pay and I gave the Rude lady 100 dls bill, she tells me that’s they do not accept 100 dls bill , clarifying there’s no sign where it’s says no 100 dls bills !
