To the owner, every night I drive home from work and glance at the drive thru and inside I see a very long line and I thought it was due to the high demand and great service of this location. Now I know, that the long lines inside and drive through is due to the worst staffing I've seen at any Starbucks.
Service here is trash, it dissapoints me that this is my local Starbucks. I will just travel a little farther to get my family our drinks at another Starbucks a MLK blvd.
Customer service is horrible because it does not exist here. They just make whatever drinks they are making and place them on the counter without organizing it. Does not place the drinks in the cup holders, straws, or napkins. Nor do they care to alert the customer when the drinks are completed. Most of the orders were wrong, they either added or missed the whipped cream on the wrong drinks. This was specified in the app. Here is the worst part of it all, there was not many foot traffic inside of the store and they still managed to screw this up.
I have seen this happen for too long, just replace all of them. Forget about training.

ANYWAY, I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THE LYNWOOD LOCATION. ON 3/31/17 I CAME TO THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION TO BUY 7 DRINKS WHICH TOTALED ABOUT $40 ,I WAS PAYING WITH A $100 BILL AND THE RUDE CASHIER CLAIMED SHE HAD NO CHANGE AT ALL WHEN I HAD SEEN LIKE 8 CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF ME AND SHE'S TELLING ME SHE HAD NO CHANGE. SHE CLAIMED IF I WANTED SHE COULD GIVE ME $60 IN QUARTERS. WHAT THE HECK AM I GOING TO DO WITH THAT MANY QUARTERS?? I WAS LIKE "REALLY?? YOU HAVE NO CHANGE AT ALL?? SHE SAID NO" I KNOW FOR SURE ALL THE CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF ME DIDN'T PAY WITH THEIR DEBIT CARDS, SHE HAD TO HAVE SOME TYPE OF CHANGE. SHE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO ASK MANAGEMENT OR ANOTHER CASHIER IF THEY COULD GIVE HER CHANGE. I WORK IN A RETAILS COMPANY'S CASH OFFICE AND I KNOW FOR SURE SHE HAD TO HAVE CHANGE SOMEWHERE, BUT OF COURSE SHE WAS TOO LAZY TO BOTHER TO ASK. Read moreTheir drive thru is very convenient but they takes forever for one cup of coffee, it is best to order ahead on the Starbucks app and pick up but still I have to wait for coffee. I have had missing items in my order that I have to ask for and then wait for them to make it. It is a very busy store, I rather not go to this location, But this is the closest location to the Fwy. I wish they can be more faster and more accurate about the items in your order. And a little more friendly. This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever experienced from all the locations I go to. I have been late to work because of their unorganized way of delivering orders to customer and same with the driver thru orders. I would I recommend you to check your order before you leave. My go to coffee is a pike place with sugar and h&h every other Starbucks cashier give me my coffee within 2 minutes or as soon as I’m done paying, this locations makes me wait for my order on the side when they can easily pour my coffee...
