Just don't do it...I have never before had sticker shock processing an animal. I tried them because they came recommended but I will never use them again. When I dropped off my two hogs I left a 100 dollar deposit and I asked for a ballpark figure on the rest of the order. The gentleman was very elusive but assured me it wouldn't be that much more. I was prepared for 150 per animal at that point and that was high. My total cost was over 550 dollars. What was interesting is that my friend dropped off a hog that was bigger than either of mine and only paid 115....Oh wait AND they wanted to charge me 400 dollars just to take out the tusks...Yep. By far the best people and company to deal with. After an amazing hunt, Terry came and opened up the doors for us on SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!! He wasn’t even grouchy about it. He was super polite and made sure we understood his whole process and the family recipes that they use and the Texas mesquite wood for smoking shows sticking to your roots is the best policy! He let me know the meat was shipping at 2 PM on Monday and by 11:30 AM on Tuesday I was eating trophy Sticks! If this review had more star options I would include way more than 5!...

Good quality work that’s hard to find, best thing for me is you get your meat that you drop off unlike other well known places that are way more expensive. All of their recipes taste amazing. The best dry sausage I’ve had from any processor. These guys treat you like family. Has been the only place I go to for the last 4 years and the only place I’d recommend to anyone.
