Simply put... AN AWESOME END TO MY DAY! After running in/out of 5+ different furniture stores, MY LAST stop of the day to FURNITURE WAY LESS gave me EVERYTHING I was looking for and to top it off... it was an AMAZING PRICE 👏🏾 👌🏾 The representative that helped was visiting for their Stone Mountain location (sorry 🤷🏾‍♀️ I don't recall his name) Initially, we, myself, my mother and two other customers, had no clue the store was being supervised, as we were ONLY greeted with music as we entered the store. After about 7-10min of browsing, the manager came out to assist. I actually appreciated the level of "freedom" to look around. UNKNOWINGLY going WELL INTO CLOSING TIME, He showed us many pieces both in store and on-line, attempting to give us the best customer service experience. My Mother and I finally 👏🏾 made a decision and purchased two beautiful pieces 😍 A 7 drawer dresser and a 5 drawer chest. (The 2 lg beautiful flower vases were NOT on the NEED LIST however, they were SUPER CUTE... I couldn't leave without them) The 2 pieces aren't a set however, being able to think outside the box was KEY!!. I'm excited to see the final product on my SITTING ROOM. Hopefully I'm able to edit this post when the replacement hardware arrives to show how a simple $20 purchase of knobs from AMAZON will tie the two pieces together nicely.

I swear to the high heavens if I could give a review less than 1 star, I so would. I was the first name on the list for Decatur/Stone Mountain to order on 2/27. The drivers finally arrived NOT NEXT DAY (would be 2/28) as advertised, but at 3:30 in the morning the following day (3/1) after it was meant to be delivered. I'm furious!! They couldn't even fully assemble the damn table! The driver called me at 5:23 PM on 2/28 and told me he would be here between 6-9 PM. The driver and helper finally arrived at 3:30 AM on 3/1 without the proper screws to put the table to together. Smh. The level of hatred I feel for this company is so incomprehensible... How dare they waste my time?! That's something you can't get back. Nothing is assembled... He argued with the 24/7 security guards of my apartments because he was carrying a gun and they asked him nicely to put it away, because this is private property. That's their job, to protect the residents of this neighborhood. This process has been frustrating and so unfair. But that's life, right? For unethical companies to screw you out of everything to get what you want for yourself and your family? DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. I expect more from a local company and wish they would of told me missing a whole day of work for a delivery was neccessary for the lies they feed to...

I cant say that I had a good experience with this location and I don't think I will shop there again. (hers why) I went in Saturday to look at a bed set and after looking around I found one that I liked. I didn't see the price for the individual items so I asked the manager for assistance he walked to see the bed set with me and showed me the price that was in small print ( written on the sign) so after making my decision on the set I decided to make the purchases. When it got to the end I was told a different price then what was written on the sign. when I told the young lady who was helping me she said that the prices when up on all the items months ago. So if the price went up why don't the sign reflect that. She went and asked the manger about it and he told her there is a notice on the front door that says such. But my question was never answered even with the notice on the door one would think that the price you see on the sign is the correct price ( right). But that is not the case to me that is FAUSE Advertisement the manager want to argue with saying that he told me the correct price which he didn't and that alone is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I do not recommend anyone shop at this location unless you want to see one price and be told another...
