Six months ago I went in and bought a bed set, a dining room table with four chairs and a couch set. I paid for their next-day service where the guys come out to deliver and put the furniture together. The dining room chairs were loose from the beginning, but I continued to tighten them. The slats on the bed were loose after a month. Today the middle price of my bed slid down. Having enough of fixing furniture that I paid for less than six months ago, I walked into the Marietta location and talked to Yvonne. When I first told her she looked panicked and walked into the office where she called someone, I'm guessing a manager. She comes back to tell me there is nothing they can do because no one has ever complained about their furniture falling apart, and that there is only a three day warranty. 3 DAYS!!!! Who has a three day warranty?!! This is not something I was told in the beginning. That would've been a red flag. So I asked what they could do and she said nothing. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to and she said "Why they will tell you the same thing."
I spent over $1000 in this store in cash and I can't get my furniture worked on, replaced or even a discount on a different product. There was no offers of anything. She even had the nerve to ask if I took care of my furniture. There is no way that this place has never had a complaint before.
Trust me stay away from there. The furniture is cheap and will not last. Spend a little more on something that will last. I guess I got what I spent. I will NEVER recommend this...

When asked what time frame our furniture would arrive, we were told some time between 1030am and 8pm....what?!? They said they would call an hour before they arrived. Okay, well there goes my Sunday. Get a missed call and called back 15 minutes later and they didnāt answer so I texted the delivery driver and confirmed. Still didnāt call me back so I called an houir later and they told me I was pushed to the last delivery of the evening for not answering my phone on the first call and the driver was super rude. Will update once furniture arrives but this so far has been an awful experience. Not to mention, the kid sat at the front desk the whole time and never offered any assistance.
Update: CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP! Delivery driver showed up and as he was dropping off our packages asked my husband if we had any pain pills to sell him !!!! Had to threaten them with a police report before they agreed to take the furniture back and give us our money back !!!
On top of that our coffee table was damaged!! BEWARE THIS PLACE...

After a week of not hearing from any one in over a week and after several times of not hearing from someone i finally get a hold of someone . They come out the next day to replace the chair and it is the WRONG chair . Itās obvious itās the wrong chair because itās way shorter than the others and a different color . I have been calling for a while now to be told to provide pics through the website and someone would be in contact with me . It has now been a month and i still have not heard from anyone and still have the wrong chair so at this point i feel completely ignored and very disappointed.
