Good experience overall. Adorable decor, polite, prompt staff. They were the only ones out of several that actually answered the phone.

My daughter and I had pedis and haircuts. Courtney did a good job, we gave her pictures but she didn't really ask questions on the lengths she was cutting so on my own hair, she cut it too long and had to recut, but ended up being shorter than I showed her. Didn't bother me too much but the communication about the cut could have been better. Not enough of an issue for it to really be a negative experience though and I will probably have her cut my hair again because I love my hair!

I took away one star because the cleanliness could have been better. There was dust on everything which could have been due to construction going on outside. Chairs, floors and carts in between the stations needed a wipe down. The waiting room chairs were really uncomfortable. I waited for half and hour on those chairs for my daughter's hair to be finished. Those are short wait time chairs!

Pedicures were nice and they have massage chairs but they were too close to the wall so when you lean back it sounds like you're damaging the wall. There was also a standing lamp in between the chairs which made it frustrating to talk to my daughter with it in the way. Didn't want to move it though because it was the only light for the technician.

I received 2 services today, a 90-minute Swedish massage ($120) and an express pedicure ($45). Amanda Lotz was my masseuse, and she did a PHENOMENAL job. Hands down the best massage I've had in Macomb. Perfect pressure, friendly, but did not small talk my ear off. Highly recommend her!

My lower stars are a reflection of the pedicure. While I did not expect an exuberant pedicure with it being called express, I did, however, expect more than I received. I wish it had been more clear online just how 'express' it was.

So, as a heads up for anyone else, this pedicure included nail trim, light buffing, sugar scrub to my feet only, and regular polish. My ingrown nails were not touched. Even after I specifically mentioned they were bothering me, my cuticles were not trimmed at all, and no lotion or massage. The only reason it took even remotely close to the alloted time frame given (1 hour) was due to my previous glitter polish being hard to get off and my new polish, taking almost 30 minutes to apply.

Overall, I wish I'd left blissfully after my massage as opposed to very disappointed and feeling misled about the pedicure. I would never have paid that amount had I known upfront what I would be receiving.

Let me preface that everyone at this place was extremely nice but the communication and knowledge was not. I was there a few months ago and asked to get about 6-7 inches cut off, curtain bangs and layers. The haircut took over an hour and looked so bad I told her to cut it shorter to get rid of the layers and I didn’t even get curtain bangs. I ended up going somewhere else to get my hair fixed and the lady showed me that my left side was about an inch to an inch and a half longer than the right. Now I had blonde hair and wanted to get my roots touched up and magenta. She never touched my roots with anything and looked grown out when I left. The back middle was completely missed. I brought it to the owners attention and it took over a week to respond and she says “that’s how we save the customer money by using less product” it still costed me $175 before tip and I never got as asked or brought up price being an issue.
