The Ritz — Restaurant in Macomb

I don't even know where to start.. it opens at 7 at night so that tells you something.. not for the normal local or 5 am working construction worker. Looks alright inside.. bathroo. For men is trashed.. no doors on the stalls no dividers between urinals.. people throw paper towels under sink because trash can is out the door. Bartenders very nice the couple times I went there.. but people coming in behind bar getting drinks serving their friends.. when I worked at a bar I never let anyone who was not on duty behind the bar.. not even the owner unless it was business oriented.. I went to use the restroom walked behind the bar and as I did so.e girl never seen behind the bar put up a chain and said the walkway was closed.. so having to go pretty bad now I had to walk all the way around through a bunch of loaded college kids .. doesn't sound bad .. try it as an older stressed man..lol.. they do have drink specials sometimes.. juke box.. most the patrons were nice.. I guess there's like a club upstairs supposed to be louder music and smoking.. all that.. no offense not sure I'd feel safe up there with my attitude and how their bathrooms are treated with only I stair...

They have people behind the bar that don't work there I know this becuz I stood there for 10 minutes saw this guy walking around behind the bar I got his attention and told him I'd like to get a drink and he responded with I don't work here. That is extremely unprofessional and a food and health code violation. There's no uniforms or name tags to identify who works there this is a college town I don't think it's smart to have someone who doesn't work there behind the bar aa you never know if something is getting slipped into your drink from behind the bar by someone who don't work there making your drink cuz you don't k ow they don't work there. There is hardly any handicap ♿️ accessibility unless you go through an alley and go in from the back door in a extremely dark alley parking lot. I don't get the feeling there...

Not a fan of this bar. A lot of young college kids, very loud. Came here with friends for a birthday one night and ordered a Moscow Mule. I'm pretty sure the bartender left of the liquor in the 1st drink, the 2nd she put a tiny splash in and the 3rd wasn't much better. In total all the drinks together probably didn't amount to even 1 shot. You're better off just ordering a beer unless you want to leave as sober as...
