I went in here back in May, wanted a twin size log bed, they only had the headboard, but the Older gentlemen said that it would attach to a metal frame no problem, so I purchased one of those, he was wrong. And when I contacted them they owner said it would require lag bolts to fit, but that these would stick out. Obviously, this is not going to work, as it is going to scar my walls and possibly injure someone. I asked them to just order a complete set so I could exchange and he said he would and it would take 6 weeks. It should have been in mid June, and it is nearly the end of August and he still doesnt know if he has one, I suspect he never ordered it. I will never purchase another item from this place again. Like the previous reviewer said, the store was alright, but the delivery was awful. It was a bit difficult navigating the store, as it was so crammed with furniture, but I guess that's normal for a warehouse setting. Upon ordering the furniture, the man there told us that it would be delivered that afternoon. It was not, and I did not receive a call or anything notifying me as such. I called them the next day, and I suppose they forgot, because they rushed to deliver it. One man came to my home, and asked me to help me carry the furniture in. Maybe I've just been spoiled, but when I pay $10 for delivery fees, I usually don't need to help lug the heavy furniture up the stairs. Overall, a...

I needed a bed frame. I phoned first and was told they had what I needed. 2 days later I called and said I was on my way, please have it ready. When I got there the frame was sitting by the door, ready to be loaded. My dog came in with me. The gentleman was very nice about that and even complimented me on her. I found him to be pleasant and professional and the prices very good. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because this is the only dealing I have done there.
