This place is amazing! With covid and being unemployed, life has been tough. On top of everything- the starter on my car broke and I needed tools to replace it myself because I couldn’t afford a tow or a mechanic. They have bins here overflowing with spare sockets and wrenches and hand tools at $2/pound!!!!! It took some digging, but I got everything I needed and then some! Picked up some sawzall blades and drill bits and tin snips and roofing nails and so much more- on top of all the ratchet reducers and swivels and screwdrivers and plumbers tape and nail sets and omg at only $15!!!! This is the absolute best pawn shop I have ever seen in Macon. Tons of tools and they even had some high quality emerald jewelry in their case (I used to be a gem dealer) if anyone is looking to buy their lady an anniversary gift! I don’t see myself ever going to another pawn shop in Macon ever again! For 2 days in a row, I walk out feeling they saved my life with their prices and their heartfelt attentive staff! I moved her 1 year ago from Florida. I was in college and had to drop out. Everything was in my computer. I went to old south pawn and left with more then what I went in there for. I gained friends and a sense of security. As the months went on I could no longer pay on my computer. I always kept them abreast of my situation and they continued to extend it for me. When i could no longer pay it i thought to myself it must be gone but I remained hopefully it would still be there. I messaged them today April 9 th 2020 and asked if the Acer was still available. Everyone was so patient with my questions and extremely nice today. I picked up the wrong phone and headed out and could not schedule my Lyft to be picked up. I do not remember his name but he also allowed me to charge my phone. It was emotional for me but everyone was so helpful. I have to return and do more business because the prices on everything was priced at great prices. That was my first time taking my ring off. My sole provider is gone but I have to be strong for the children and grandchildren.

update...I really do appreciate the young man assisting me otp with adding my daughter to pickup the only thing I have to remind me of my late fiance on yesterday. It meant a lot to me when I received my ring back. It appeared to have been cleaned. You guys rock! It is still hard knowing he lost his life trying to provide for our family.
