Ordered a 12 piece original chicken that comes with 3 sides and 6 biscuits The lady kept saying something about a red pole. I still had no idea what she was talking about after having her repeat it 3 times. I proceed to the window and an older lady demands that I back up to the pole on the other side of the wall. I backed up..no window or door in sight there so I had no idea why I had to back up. The people behind me looked confused because I wasn't at the window. Eventually the older lady hollers out the KFC window for me to pull up to the window. Again no idea what this was about. Paid their high price for the meal and got home to find that I was shorted on the pieces of chicken and had far more wings than anything else. The chicken tasted a bit like it had been cooked in old grease. Very disappointing. The employees there act like they are doing you a favor to be there and are anything but courteous or friendly or even polite. Most KFCs in Macon have mostly unfriendly employees so I never look forward to going there for that reason. Can anyone explain that backing up to the pole thing instead of pulling up to the window? Read moreWent to 2 different KFCs 2nite to hv 3 original wings snack. 1st in Macon @ 9 PM, 1 hr before closing...wings 👍, biscuit looked like it had been nuked in microwave, shriveled 👎. So I returned wanting a different biscuit only to be told "we're out; that was our last biscuit ". An hour before closing! I was offered a side. No thanks bc I do NOT want KFC chicken without a KFC biscuit! So, I got a refund & hightailed it to a different KFC...determined to hv a simple 3 wing snack! Got there & was disappointed to hear "We only hv 1 original wing. U want that 1 & 2 crispy?" Hell no! So I summed up my experience and realized wow I guess I should of kept my wings then 25 min later got the fresher biscuit! Yeah right. Read moreI placed an order in the drive thru, she did not ring me up correctly so i went inside to let her know as no one was at the window anymore. When i went inside, I had trouble understanding Team Leader Deborah, because she was wearing a face mask. I am profoundly deaf with a cochlear implant, so I let her know I was having trouble hearing what she was saying. The whole time, she was being condescending and rude with a bad attitude. I took off my cochlear implant and showed her that i truly cannot understand her. and she started being nicer but still sarcastic.
