Prometric Test Center — Local services in Macon

I’ve been at this test center 4 times - and Teresa went above and beyond every time. For my “test drive” at the center, Teresa called me about 1/2 hour before my scheduled time to check on me since I hadn’t arrived yet and I was driving from a different town. When I arrived, she guided me through the check-in process, explaining the steps as we proceeded. For my first 2 exams, she called me prior to my appointment time to offer me earlier seating. My final exam was scheduled early Monday morning & Teresa called me on Saturday to let me know to arrive a full 30 minutes before my exam time to check in bc she had a full facility that morning. I arrived early and Teresa handled the group of us efficiently and professionally. The facility itself was spotlessly clean and the climate control was perfect. Taking professional tests can be very stressful but this Teresa and her coworker made it as painless...

I visited the Prometric Center in Macon for an exam this past weekend. Teresa & David went above and beyond with their customer care. Teresa called me that morning to inform me of a few things to ensure my experience was good before I even arrived. The check-in process is very thorough, however it is to ensure they comply with ethical standards. They have to ensure you ARE, who you say you are, and they don't know you. I experienced the same check-in process in Marietta, GA. The only difference was the quaint facility and awesome atmosphere! God is in that place and that's where I want to be when I'm being accessed. That process is tough enough. I can guarantee I'll be returning to Macon for any future examinations. I took a test to get into dental school at this location a few days ago - that I’ve been studying for months for. In the middle of my exam, the employee comes up to me, signals me to take my earphones off, and says “I’m not really supposed to do this but someone is on the phone for you and says it’s urgent”.

This was incredibly unprofessional and against Prometric policy for a reason. If i left my test, I would be disqualified from the test I spent months preparing for and spent $600 on.

Although I did good on my exam, I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed that this employee decided to go against COMPANY POLICY.

(Also, it was NOT urgent. It was very scary and distracting for her to tell me this and me have no idea what it was about. Absolutely ridiculous. I was almost done with...
