We have eaten here for years. We called for a pickup order and a lady answered as if she was at her home not a business. She was extremely rude, we asked for our regular orders 1st, then asked for sweet n sour chicken. She proceeded stating we had the wrong restaurant and hung up. We called back thinking maybe it was an accident. No, she did it again. We asked to order something else and she said , puffed and said, 'Fine, what do you want?' Of course we said, 'nothing'. And we hung up. We are extremely appalled by this lady's behavior. We really like the owner and the food , we've ordered there for years. It's ❤️ breaking when there's a bad 🍎 in the bunch. Oh, I called back with a different phone number, she picked up the phone and said nothing, put the phone down, I could hear them talking in the background. I kept saying, hello, hello, Noone responded. I hung up after a few minutes and called again, phone was busy. I have no clue how long it stayed that way. I just hope the owner sees this and figures out the person who was working at this time and discusses the situation. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. We hate to see a good restaurant and suffer from one...

We ordered almost $70.00 worth of take away food. Sushi, habtachi and soup. Sushi was terrible. We ordered tuna sushi. The tuna inside the sushi was chopped sushi and it was dried abdcterrible. No taste at all. Habatchi was steak and chicken with fried rice. I called them before irdweI my and asked the difference between the Teriyaki and habatchi? Even though I know the difference but becausecevery thing looked the same on their menu I had to ask them. Well when we got our food delivered the habatchi chicken and steak had steak rice with some brown tasteless sauce on it. There was nothing in the fried rice such as eggs or pease or any thing else that goes in the fried rice. The chicken and steak as well as the vegetables (mostly broccoli) had no sauce what so ever. This is not a hibatchi food.? Miso soup is always my favorite soup, but theirs is tasteless and terrible. I didn’t even eat it. We called the store and they said if you don’t want our food then bring it back. There was a reason that we paid a delivery App and got the food delivered. We will not try or recommend this place. Your regular Asian take out make a tastier food...

One of the owners who is typically at the register is very rude and not friendly. He’s the shorter man with thick eyebrows. Anytime me or my boyfriend come in and pick up our order we placed over the phone this guy always sighs and huffs when we come in to pick it up. He acts as though he doesn’t want to service us. The last time I came in to pick up my to go order 15 minutes after I placed it, this man acted as though my order didn’t exist yet after i told him I just called he walked right to the back and got it and just slid it across the counter to me. If you don’t want people to buy food from your restaurant then just put a sign in the door saying so. Even when others come in after me he still has a slight attitude as if customers are bothering him. I do think race plays a major role as well, just like someone left in a previous review. Even though me and my boyfriend are black this employees attitude is way worse towards us. Overall I have heard him speak unfriendly towards others of different race. I will not return here. As for the food it’s decent, but there is better food with a friendlier...

A great place to get food in Macon, Georgia. We were recommended by the staff at the hotel to try the Japanese hibachi restaurant down the street. Googling it brought us to this place. It is located in a strip mall between a Big Lots store and Planet Fitness. We found out later that this is not the location that they wanted us to try but we were both very glad that we did. It has booths along both walls and tables lining the center part. There is no waiter or waitress. You order at the back of the store. The staff was very nice and ordering off the menu behind the counter was easy. They were not really busy when we ordered and, when the food was ready, they brought it out to us. The drinks are serve yourself affair to the left of the counter where the chopsticks are available. I ordered the hibachi chicken. It came with a lot of rice, chicken and vegetables. There was so much food that I saved it and ate a second meal from what remained after reheating it. It was delicious both times. I am glad that I tried it and recommend it for fellow travelers in the area looking for great food.

We order an app 13. Shrimp Shuman $6.95 this came with a very tasty dipping sauce it was like soy sauce with sweetness. 23. Sunrise Roll $10.95 was too spicy for me and 29. Pink Star Roll $11.95, it said it was spicy and I am scared of spicy food, but it wasn't spicy to me. The food was visually appealing and too pretty to eat, but was very good. I really appreciated the artist at work here. The menu is huge 7 pages, so I am just going to take a picture of the menu from the ones we ordered and a few around them above and front of the menu.

Wish I could give them negative stars. Rice seemed stale as if they already had it fried waiting for the next person to order it. I can almost guarantee the broccoli and salmon were borderline spoiled from what it tasted like. Fish had dark brown and hard edges. I hope I don't get food poisoning. Would've went back for my money but I ordered late and they closed. Paid cash too, smh. They lucky I'm only in town for a night or they'd have problems tomorrow.
