The auto service messed up twice now. The first time, my husband and I went to get our oil changed, they messed up by taking the tires off our sedan when they were supposed to take tires off a truck, they said it was a miscommunication with their techs, how do you get a sedan and truck mixed up? They told us to come back after 50 miles to rotate them again for free, we tried and they tried to charge us. NOW, I had an appointment for an oil change and couldnât make it, they canceled the appointment, or so I thought, I started getting notifications that I was checked in and they started service on my car, I never went to the appointment so I got on the app and it showed a Fiat, I donât own a fiat. I called them and they said there was no way someone checked in under my name and account so I let it go. I checked the app today, saw the service invoice for the FIAT that I do not own, my address and phone number is on another persons invoice, my personal information has been given to a random stranger. Called them, manager, Jillian, laughed and cut me off, sent me to auto again, the guy, PJ or whatever just said âwell I canât contact the owner of the fiat,â well no duh, MY information is on there!!! Donât make an online appointment, theyâll give out your information with your home address...
   Read moreCustomer service with an expiration? The cart guy with a vest pointed at the printed sign the taped to their customer service counter which said "Customer Service is closed after 3pm". He talked to a team lead or some type of supervisor to make sure if I could be helped or not, and the person he talked to said no directly to me. What a joke. Even the managers can't step up to the plate if they have no one there? So people have to come the next day for any assistance they require? I can see customer service isn't number one at this Walmart. On top of that, as I left, most of the employees were all sitting outside on the cement sidewalk floor to the right of the entrance like hobos at a class reunion. Poor image, they don't have a break room or designated area? There was like eight employees outside, and for that small location that's over two third the staff for day shift. Lazy and no work ethic.    Read moreSmall store, no meet, or produce, I was rather impressed with one of the lady store clerks, and I am going to have to look for her name but she was outstanding, âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ she helped me take out 2 5 gallon water jugs and even put them in my motor home, she was friendly, respectful, clean dressed, everything you hardly ever see anymore. I want to thank the young lady again for helping me out. Her name was TIANNA, And âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ for the young lady that checked me out for working so hard on one of my clearance things that kept coming up full price, I thanked her for working so hard at it.
