Service was reasonably quick during a busy evening around 8 p.m. However, the cashier had not been trained on how to use coupons that are offered in the DQ app. So it took a few minutes for him to get some help from another worker, in order for me to be able to use my BOGO birthday coupon that came on the DQ app. Ordered 2 large Blizzards, different flavors. Both when freshly made were very (50%) runny, like they had been sitting at room temperature for 15 minutes (which they had not). I wanted to ask them to remake both of these and do it correctly, but it would have just been more trouble and aggravation than what it was worth.
