This place is great.

I recently stopped there with a friend to pick up a specific cut that we called in about. Mitch, the butcher, let us in the building and mentioned that he specifically hand-cut our Coppa for us that morning. We perused around the store and saw that there were plenty of other unique cuts available: pork belly, jowls, hocks, etc. To top it off, Mitch was pretty knowledgeable about recommendations for curing/preparing various different meats we asked about.

Amazing product made in house, so impressive! Spoke with the man working, Mitch, and was blown away with how much he knew about all the items in the store, and then with recipes and ideas of what to do with some of the more fun and uncommon products that are not available everywhere. Will be recommending to everyone for all their meat and meat related goods. Plus cheese and ice cream from Babcock are available!! Now you’re just...

I have been to the facility, all people are very friendly and professional. I have bought plenty of their jerky and stix products. I must say I have tried many different Jerky products before but these guys and girls have it down, simply the best jerky I have ever had. That goes for the other ready to eat snacks as well :)
