About 10 years ago, I bought a LifeFitness 93T treadmill from a private health club that was swapping out all their equipment for the newest models that came outfitted with tv screens (it was a health club in a very rich neighborhood). I'm fully disabled and use the treadmill for my physical therapy to help me with walking and balance. In the Fall of 2023, the treadmill stopped working. It would turn on but throw all kinds of codes. It took us a while save money and to find a local company to come to the house to do the repair. The tech they sent out said he wasn't very familiar with the 93T model but would do his best (WTH?!?), then he proceeded to try to upsell us on a new motor and walking belt (even tho the codes the treadmill was throwing was NOT overheating codes or ones for the belt!). They charged us for the visit and gave us a quote for repair...the repair consisted of a refurbed circuit board and the cost of a second home visit! I understand charging for the board, but an additional several hundred dollars for a tech to do the install?? I don't think so! So, the treadmill sat all summer and all fall of 2024. Then, I searched for a different company and found Circuit Board Repair. This company, Korey and his tech team are a gift from heaven above! Korey said they were familiar with the 93T treadmill and his communication throughout the repair process was impeccable!! It turned out that the circuit board had been repaired multiple times by the health club, unbeknownst to us, and that created a safety concern that Korey took very seriously. His techs needed time to ensure that the board would be safe when returned to us, but he wanted to get our eq up and running as soon as possible for me. So, we worked out an agreement that was a win/win for both of us and he sent us a refurbed board that they knew was safe to be installed in our machine. I totally trusted Korey and his team! We installed the board, and the treadmill fired up perfectly! The total cost was a few hundred dollars compared to the almost one thousand dollars that the other local company wanted to charge us! CIRCUITBOARDREPAIR.NET IS FANTASTIC! I will forever be grateful for the fast turn-around they did, for their honest work, their care for our safety, and for Korey's customer service/communication skills! Do not hesitate to utilize this group of talented and caring individuals to get your treadmill back up and...

A treadmill repair company charged $155 just to diagnose it and then said I needed close to $1,000 for refurbished circuit board, and two belts (motor & drive), plus another $155 service. We were going to junk the treadmill and get a used one off Craig's list. Upon trying to separate it into 2 pieces, we saw how easy the circuit board was to disconnect/reconnect and found this company online. Emailed them confirming the correct circuit board refurbishing number for my treadmill and they confirmed it the next day, with two options for repair (send mine, or have them send me a refurbished one and give me back money once they got my old one so I could get a fixed one in one day). We opted to just refurbish our own.
We weren't sure what to expect but felt it was worth a shot since we love this treadmill. Shipping there took just 1 day via ground service, the next morning they sent an email saying they received it and it would take 2 days. However the next day I got an email with a tracking number saying it was on the way back already. Got it next afternoon, took 1 minute to install and it worked beautifully. Would recommend this company to anyone and already emailed a friend who got the same treadmill around the same time a decade ago in case they ever run...
Read moreI thought I had a motherboard issue and was prepared to buy a replacement. I found a motherboard on eBay and began asking about their return policy and told them what my issue was. They said they had limited stock on the specific motherboard I was looking for so i would have to call to order one as they didn’t have it listed on their site or eBay due to being a limited stock item. The rep I was speaking to was Korey. He asked me a bunch of questions when I called and I explained all of the troubleshooting I performed on my own. With the information I provided he was convinced that it wasn’t the motherboard and suggested that I checked all the wiring. This is what I call EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Korey could’ve made a sale on me, but instead of just taking my money when I was vulnerable and looking for answers, he was honest and gave me some more troubleshooting ideas that I didn’t perform yet. Sure enough I found a wire that was exposed causing it to touch metal and short circuit. I repaired the wire and the display is no longer throwing errors and is powering up as it should and running strong again. Very knowledgeable company. Definitely adding them to my list of companies to call if I experience more issues in the future. Thanks...
