As I walk in I notice there is one car in drive through and once I made it to lobby I was the only one needing to make an order. Everyone else was served and seated. I stood at the register without being acknowledged by 4 staff members. The lady with the curly hair stood less than a foot from register and there was an awkward silence for nearly two minutes. She then proceeds to say “ well I’ll just take your order”. Snotty attitude but I placed my order respectfully. I notice this snotty lady training. Drive through was getting backed up. Out of all four staff I seen, one you d man was making all the drinks for drive through as well as taking orders that came in after me. He was killing it. Then after 14 minutes I have yet to receive my drink. The young man blasting through all these orders could not keep up. The snotty curly hair lady( I’m assuming now is a manager) she is refusing to help him. Instead she watches her trainee make a drink and while the trainee is drinking from it and they’re laughing and discussing which flavors he can taste from drink. She refused to help this young man out. From being the only patron inside the store and drive through piling up, it took me 18 minutes to receive my drink. Read moreThe barista that first took care of us was very kind and helpful. My husband liked his drink, but it was also plain black coffee, so it’s not too hard to mess up. Once my drink came out, it tasted extremely bitter and not like the beverages I’ve gotten before. My go-to drink is the iced hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso. I’ve gotten this drink numerous times before at other Starbucks in the area and have never had any issues. I kindly asked for a remake because it tasted awful and my husband didn’t even like it. The new barista, who I believe might be a manager, asked me what drink it was and began to talk down to me about how the drink is supposed to taste “more bitter”, something I’m already familiar with. It tasted like there was no hazelnut and just watered down coffee with a splash of milk. As I said, I’ve had this drink many times before and have never had any issues. Read moreI ordered a mobile order this Saturday before I left my home 07:10am, it takes ten min to get there. When I got there my food was ready but no drink. I am a patient person so I waited no big deal, there wasn’t anyone in line or anyone waiting for a drink there was only one other drink on the counter & two cars in the drive thru. After 15min of standing there and countless mobile orders being picked up since I got there I still hadn’t received my drink. No one acknowledged I was there so I politely asked the barista if she had an order for me, she blatantly tried to ignore me then said she will get it out, she then leaves the coffee area for about 3min comes back and continues to make drinks, by this time 8 people have come and gone in the store who ordered in the store plus countless of drive thru orders!!! I don’t quit understand why she was so rude but I’m normally that quiet patient person, and they were not swamped they had four people there and not that busy!!!
