UPATED 1/30: Owner said to reach out, we did respond to what was written as you can see below, and no response. It’s unfortunate to now have to take additional steps, as again, nice people but that is not taking care of this issue.

UPDATE 1/26: RESPONSE TO OWNER= I appreciate the response. We do have the correct business, dealt with a guy named Luke and emails were sent to him; and it was definitely sold to us (my name) like this. We just put new brakes and rotors on it and were informed by the mechanic to start looking at replacing the vehicle (a white 2011 Chevy Equinox) as soon as possible for the safety of our daughter. We most likely will not get anything for a trade-in either due to the condition of that frame. That is not repairable and therefore should never have been sold to anyone if the business is above/board per both mechanics. We were told it had a replaced engine with like 33K miles of life on it despite the car having approximately 119K miles on it when we purchased it. The first time we got the oil changed we were not informed of the frame. However, the second time, we were shown what it looked like. Then we were going to get an alignment and were told that with the condition of the frame that it’s not suggested. After spending $9K on this vehicle to have to replace it in under a year is very disappointing as this vehicle should not have been sold to us in this condition with a rusted out frame filled with foam in the first place. You all are nice people, and therefore, I hope you do something to make this right. ————————————————————————- We purchased a used car for our daughter from this place only to find out that the entire frame is rusted out and is filled with foam, which 2 different mechanics from 2 different places said is underhanded and that this vehicle shouldn’t have been able to be sold with a frame in this condition, and despite a newer engine, this car will now have to be replaced after spending $9K on this one. Front wheel bearings had to be replaced 40 days after purchase as they were completely rusted out. It’s like the entire bottom of the vehicle sat in water yet wasn’t disclosed. The guys at Badger city are amazing! I needed a rear axle replaced and took it to good year on east wash at first just to get a diagnostics on it and they tried to charge me an insane amount of money. They also told me I needed both replaced until I questioned them about it then all of a sudden it was just the one. Badger city was my first choice but they were closed when I initially tried to call so once I got my diagnostics I went to them. Not only did they not charge me for the diagnostics but did the repair for a fraction of the cost of what good year was saying. They broke down everything to me and were able to get me in to fix it right away and finished the job within a few hours. I had brought in my car I recently purchased for a full diagnostics and inspection here after my girlfriend recommended their services.. And tbh(to be honest).. best decision I've ever made. I had my doubts for sure, I've never had any good experiences taking my car in to any shops.. but this is definitely by far my best experience. They were friendly and very informative. Even though I came in 30mins earlier than my scheduled appointment they started working on my car right away and they did an excellent job in such a timely manner and didn't keep me waiting like all other places do.. greatest part? Their prices are very low, no hidden fees and no ridiculous nonsense. I'd highly recommend anyone to bring their business to the guys at Badger City auto sales and service. I'll definitely be doing all my business needs...
