This is the cutest gift shop with such nice things and their customer service is fantastic and can't be beat! I had ordered a custom towel order with embroidery as part of a gift for some friends that we were going to see out of town. I completely forgot to pick it up the day it was ready (they text me when it was ready for pickup but it slipped my mind after that) and we were leaving town the very next morning (EARLY). They worked with me to meet me at the shop outside of their regular business hours so that I could pick it up! When I messaged them that evening on facebook asking if there was any way anyone would possibly be at the shop early in the morning (I was looking for a miracle!), I honestly did not expect anyone to be able to help me (since it was outside their store hours, why would they?). But they went above AND beyond to meet me so that I could pick up the custom gift before heading out of town. Our friends were SO delighted with the gift too. The owner had designed the embroidered detail based off what I explained to her I wanted, and it turned out absolutely adorable. If they hadn't gone out of their way to meet me, the whole gift just would not have been the same, the custom towel was the piece that pulled it all together. I will forever be grateful for the time they took out of their morning to accommodate me when I made the mistake of forgetting to stop by during business hours. Wonderful customer service!!! Loved going through the store! Such beautiful items! We met different staff members, some friendlier than others, some with better customer service than others. We decided to use their monogramming services for a items we had for a very special occasion. When we picked up, we were happy. She did a lovely job! We noticed the lady in front of us had bought some poo-pouri and they gift wrapped them (for free) beautifully. We were handed our items in a plain bag so we asked if they could be gift wrapped as well since they were gifts. We were told (not by the cute gal checking us out, but by a lady behind a wall we could not see and only half hear) that because our items were not purchased there, they would be charging us for gift wrapping. We used their services, spent twice as much as the lady in front of us, yet we were being charged? The cute gal at checkout apologized.
