When I pulled up to place my order, I was initially greeted, which I appreciated. I let the staff member know that it would take me a minute to decide. However, when I was finally ready and began listing my items, he repeatedly cut me off after each one by saying, “Okay, that’ll be all?,” instead of allowing me to finish placing my full order. This made the process feel rushed and frustrating; we ended up talking over each other unnecessarily, and the whole interaction felt tense and awkward because of it.
To make matters worse, he was hard to understand, and when I pulled up to the window, he wasn’t welcoming at all. It felt more like a cold, awkward standoff between two strangers than a typical service interaction. There was no warmth, no confirmation of the order, and no basic customer courtesy.
It wasn’t until after I drove away that I realized I never received my change, even though it was under two dollars, the fact that he never acknowledged or attempted to hand it to me at all is problematic and unprofessional.
All in all, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. A little patience, better communication, and basic courtesy would’ve...
Read moreOdd thing to be upset about... But this was our special treats.. My husband and I have had an unhealthy addiction to blizzards recently. Lol. This location has been our go to place. Initially it was fine. However, over the last month or so it has become very bad. Customer service is a joke. They simply don't care about their customers. We pay for extra toppings. I prefer oreo. Pay for double.... Get half a blizzard that has absolutely nothing in it. Just ice-cream. Tonight was the final straw.... They hadn't kept the machine full so my hubby was asked to pull forward while they waited for the ice-cream to thicken. Mine came out only half solid.... Not even milkshake thick. His was with a lid on top and dripping all over the place. The girl simply handed it to him and walked away laughing. She wouldn't return when he called for her. He just left. Got home and it literally exploded when he put it on the counter. I think this is a sign that we are done with blizzards. And definitely done with this location when we do want to grab one. Just very...
Read moreI love Daily Queen in general, especially the chocolate dipped sundae. However my recent experience was not a good one. I wanted a hamburger with ONLY mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomato, no cheese. The young lady asks did I want pickles or onions. I restated, "ONLY mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomatoe, no cheese. No pickles or onions either." I paid for my order and waited. A few minutes later, I was handed my order. Something said to check it. I lifted the bun only to find ketchup...nothing else. At a lose for words, I advised the young lady this was not what I ordered. By then another young lady is there at the register and they ask what is supposed to be on hamburger. By now, this is the third time I have explained what I wanted. They say ok and explained the order to the cook. A few minutes later, I finally got my hamburger made the way I asked. I won't be ordering fast food from there ever again. I will just stick to getting a chocolate dipped sundae. Hopefully they don't mess that...
