I bought a powered sub-woofer privately, and called around to get it hooked up in my vehicle (I was having problems). I spoke with Drew and was able to make an appointment the next day. During that phone call, Drew mentioned that he would look at the system and would not charge me anything unless I approved prior - that was extremely comforting for me.

When I showed up, I was greeted warmly; I went over the details as I saw them; the coax ends seemed to be bad, the speaker worked, and the connection at the battery was not solid. Drew said he would take it in and get to the bottom of it. The waiting room had cable and comfortable seats, and I believe there was coffee - though I didn't drink any.

Anyways, Drew came back around and told me the unfortunate news that my amp, in the powered sub, is bad. He told me he replaced all (male and female, and at the battery) of the connections that were questionable. When I asked him what I owed him, he told me not to worry about it - just to come on back!

Drew installed an extra battery, a charger and an inverter in my Dodge Grand Caravan, so that I could use it as a camper van, and live my dream, with the hope of adding a solar panel in the future for even more power behind the scenes. I wanted to have a small footprint and have the ability to travel in stealth mode when needed, so my goal was to keep the items out of view, but accessible. He did a FABULOUS job incorporating the elements so that they didn't draw any additional attention. He was so easy to communicate with and his work was finished flawlessly.

I used the components for a year and and they worked seamlessly to power a mini fridge and other small electronics as I traveled. Sadly my van life was cut short due to a bad accident that was no fault of my own. I am in the midst of searching for a new vehicle and I will not hesitate to reach out to Drew to install the components I need to keep my dream alive! I highly recommend Drew's...
