As other driver stated, By Appointment, -Overnight parking open 24hrs, must be gone by 6:am as majority of spots staff park there in morning time. Lots of room to get in dock, if you have appt after midnight you can check in after 10pm if before midnight you can check in before 10, I had 12am appt waited until 10 checked in, was given door and instructed to give paper to lumper ( you must have a comcheck or borrow one they don't have any) another driver got loud with lumper because they didnt. Bumped dock FTL unloaded in under an hour, but left me hooked up as they counted product, lumper brought Bills to my door around 12 am. Not bad at all and I had 2360 pcs mix, will be back, lumper manager was stressed and spoke with me and stated not all but a lot of drivers come in with attitude and always trying to tell them how to do there jobs and Sundays are the worst. I dislike lumpers but witnessed drivers being jerks at times. Oh pilot about 15 miles away right after weigh station has parking also, Pilot not a lot of spots...

Nice place to deliver too.

When you arrive, stop at the first stop sign, walk up the front door, there will be a mailbox, grab a green sheet, fill it out, paper clip it to your bills and clip it on the clipboard. Drive around the building to overnight parking (follow the signs). Park and they start calling around 10pm. I received a call from Angie who is super friendly and awesome btw with my door. Turn right out of overnight parking and drive around the building to the right to get too your door. I was in door 64. Plenty of room to back in. Break seal, leave doors closed, side tandems to back, wait for the lumper to knock on your door.

NOTE: if delivering to 2730 Daniels St location, follow signs around to over night parking go past parking around building, receiving office will be past the docks. Ring the bell someone will come out.

My appt time was 11:59 which is a weird time, was in the door at 12:22am and was unloaded at 5:00am, which isn't terrible.

Lumper service is...

Very unorganized place. Had a 0700 appointment. Lady who checked me in at 0630 said to pick any door in the 60's then use the badge to go into the door "by the 60s around 7 am." At 0705 I went inside to check in, but it appeared they were in a meeting, so I left, came back at 0715. Ignored again I left, again, and came back at 0730. Ignored again, but this time I asked a worker who do I need to talk to so I can get unloaded. He got the attention of an office worker, who told me I needed to speak with a guy walking around the floor with some sort of cart. Went to check in with this individual, he asked me what door I was in and then said I could open my doors. Sign inside office said to keep doors closed, seal on! So I asked him, to confirm, so you need me to open my doors? He then said never mind (later he explained how I can open them myself from the inside if I wanted to). After that I did get unloaded quickly. But it would be nice if they were...
