Scheduled a flu shot, they gave me a Covid shot! I don't think I would have known it if I didn't mention I didn't want the covid shot. Had the first dose in 2020 for job purposes, the side effects were like having covid( no sense of smell or taste and extreme pain in arm).After I said that I didn't believe in the covid shot, she went to the pharmacy tech and the tech said do want a Covid shot? I said no! OK, what? Found out that they gave me the covid shot by mistake. Really! So now I get to spend the next month with covid symptoms. Will I get results from Walgreens, well I doubt it. They didn't give me the receipt like with any vacs, like they were on a cover up so I sent my husband to talk to the store director. Finally got the receipt, yep got a covid shot instead of the flu shot. Now the head pharmacy tech called and gave me bla bla bla. So, now what do I do now? The sad thing about this is that I really miss going to Walgreens, they settled with $750.00 but the trust is gone. So plz remember 2 double check โ๏ธ โ ๏ธ...

Looks like the pharmacy has gone down hill since opening. Incredibly long wait times for everything: the drive-thru, in store, on the phone, to get a vaccine! Iโve always been impressed with other Walgreens pharmacy departments at other locations and their ability to handle huge rushes of people, but this location just canโt seem to handle any amount of people. They have only disappointed me since I moved near and had to switch. They could be completely dead and for whatever reason youโll still end up waiting for service. Learned almost immediately to NEVER use the drive-thru at this location because youโll end up waiting longer than it takes to get prescriptions inside no matter what time of day it is. Itโs a shame. I told him many times Iโm sorry but I donโt understand what youโre saying. Can I please speak to someone else? Instead he yelled at me and was incredibly annoyed with me. He yelled and yelled the more I said I donโt understand what you are saying. This is an essential medication and the pharmacy is closed tomorrow so I have to get it today. I had to give him a lot of details and had questions but I could not understand him no matter how many times he repeated himself . I had to give them another call which took another 15 mins to confirm everything. He made a mistake on the delivery info so I corrected that with her.
