This was the worst experience at any Pizza Hut I’ve ever had in my entire life. I ask for both my pizzas to be well done. I pulled up to the window and verified my pizzas would be well done. I was told to pull back around in 5 minutes to ensure my order was correct. I pulled back up 5 minutes later, get home, and my pizzas are so underdone that they are flopping over on themselves. I call to make the store aware and I am met with the RUDEST “manager”, I’ve ever encountered, Andrew. Who first tried to tell me I didn’t place an order in the first place, and then when he did find my order, told me he wasn’t doing anything for me and I can wait til Monday to talk to someone about it. ( this is Friday.) I was shocked at this response because at this point in the conversation I had not even expressed that I wanted anything… so why is he so defensive?! He told me I’d be blocked as a customer for NOW asking for a refund because of the crappy attitude and, crappy pizza. I brought the pizzas back for a refund, in which he tells me, “ I told you over the phone I wasn’t gonna do anything for you.” Then threatens to call the cops on us. Read moreThe web site continued to change locations of my pickup in spite of my changing it several times. When I finally placed my order it went through to the incorrect location in spite of the fact that it was changed. It sent it to a more difficult driving location for me (busier traffic along with many additional traffic lights.) The location I wanted was the Fitchburg location which is the city I live in and one traffic light the whole way. Thus, I had to call the place that was incorrect and they then cancelled the order and suggested I try ordering through the phone. Then I had to call the new place all because of this computer glitch. I ordered a pizza that had two toppings but only half of the pizza would have both toppings and the other half would have one topping. After explaining how I wanted my pizza 3 times it still came out incorrectly. I didn’t notice till I got home and unfortunately I loved outside of their delivery zone. I was informed I would be given a credit for this mistake. When I took the opportunity to use the credit the first time I canceled the call due to the front desk lack of English.
